Based on the warrior head dress from the Marquesas Islands, this polynesian tiki inspired cocktail mug is perfect for the smaller tropical drink.
There is much debate if these were worn with the carved leaves facing down [as in period, first contact illustrations] or facing up. The artist has chosen to carve this mug with the tiki faces the right way up and so make a unique drinking vessel.
Handmade in the UK by Cheekytiki of London, these mugs are not mass produced, but made in small batches of 20-30.
This is an open edition mug.
