Mugs are rare here and I pick them up where and whenever I can. Maori & Cook Islands pieces (mainly decanters) are plentiful and finding and identifying the origins of locally made pieces has become a hobby within itself. Apart from Hawaiian souvenir pieces, vintage and contemporary Poly Pop is almost non-existent and I have been helped immensely by the generosity of others in building my collection. In early 2009 my first mug design was released in collaboration with Gecko'z South Sea Arts - the Moai Tangata Manu. DESPERATELY SEEKING: vintage OMC/JP Co Bumatay mug.....
