Tepco, a.k.a. Technical Porcelain and China Ware Company, PA-CE-CO
Production years: 1918 - 1968
Tepco was founded in El Cerrito, outside San Francisco, by John Battista Pagliero in 1918. Tepco was later run by his son Antone Pagliero. Tepco made some of the earliest Trader Vic's mugs, and in particular are known for their skull mugs. They also manufactured items under the "PA-CE-CO" stamp.
