This mug was manufactured by Otagiri, and is from the Kohala Mauna restaurant in South Burlington, Vermont. A very similar mug is remarkably is still available today if you visit the Bali Hai in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. The mug is white, with a large palm tree in painted relief on the front, with "Kohala Mauna" in raised black letters. Also has painted clouds and mountain landscape, all in relief. OMC sticker on bottom.
