Lokena tribal kane mug. Marked made in Hawaii. Each mug has its tribal name on the bottom. I don't know much about these mugs as yet. I have a few authority's working on information.
My guess is w.w.2. handmade looking & hand painted. The names & type of ink print on the bottom might indicate they are named after the craftsman's buddies & places they might shared a term of tour? HUGE GUESS!
Keep you posted. RARE & FANTASTIC! measures about 8" tall, Carmel color. Made of red clay. ALL DEFINATLY KANE. A true find & My greatest tiki pleasure. Please notify me if you have any info.

The Gulf of New Guinea mug appears to be homemade by an artist named Lokena living in Hawaii. The mug is brown and features a hand painted New Guinea tiki on the front.
