This unusual mug was designed by Stuckie of Munktiki, and looks like a diseased liver. This mug was a limited edition of 25, and was only available at Forbidden Island in Alameda. It came with a coupon for a Bad Liver cocktail. Glaze has several large splotches of multiple colors, and mug has "The Bad Liver" in raised letters on the back.
