This cruet set was made by Accoutrements. The top halves detach into individual salt and pepper shakers. I bought mine in a tourist store in Key West in 2003. If you could see the tiny, almost imperceptible, white letters on the base on the third picture I've posted you would be able to read "'copyright symbol' 2000 Accoutrements China". 5" tall and 4" wide. (Ooga-Mooga! member pittsburgh paulie also has a set of these in his collection.)
