This is a coffee cup and saucer from a Coffee Set called "Kon-Tiki". It was made in Staffordshire, U.K by a company called Palissy, Royal Worcester. The set was made sometime in the 1950s. The design features a stylised shield and spears. There were lots of different pieces: coffee and tea pots, plates, creamers, cake stands, pin dishes, mugs, cups, saucers, etc. I have a 54-piece set in a different colour (a kind of pale greyish brown) - but this item is in the rarer turquoise colour.
