Torembi was designed by Cass McClure and manufactured by Ocea Otica, who are one in the same. Torembi is a village in the Sepik Region of New Guinea. The mug is based on the carved house post that frame up the entryway to the house. The tiki has round protruding eyes, a broad nose with large nostrils and a little smile. This version has hand painted accents.
