This is an old Tepco scorpion bowl with fish on the front and a jellyfish on the back. It is unmarked, but a bowl like this was used to serve the scorpion at Aku Aku in Las Vegas and is pictured in their menu, serving 4 for a price of $2. It is a heavy bowl, about 5 1/4 inches high and 7 inches across, and weighs 3 pounds.

This footed scorpion bowl was manufactured by Tepco and was used at several different Polynesian restaurants. The bowl is beige with a green foot and features black and white fish on one side and a jellyfish on the other.
