A/P pre- assessor to Bullet's (Kingstiedye) one of a kind incredible tiki tOny original, "Handmade Skull Canoe”. Tony was commissioned by Bullet to build his outrigger canoe, inspired by the outrigger in Bullets Original tiki tOny painting "Death of Pierre Riviera". tOny tells me at the "Tonga Hut Winter Wonderland” Dec. 6 2008 “I really had no idea how to go about building a canoe, so this was a proof, a test. The bottom blew out as you can see but I figured out how to go about building a canoe.”
This Outrigger is quite raw no fine lines or painted skulls etc. All wood and tiki are carved of Beachwood washed on the shore by the beachcomber tOny himself. The canoe only measures 12” long and 8” wide including wood pieces. The bottom reads tiki tOny ’08 canoe. I bought it at the Tonga Hut Winter Wonderland show ‘08.

The Skull Canoe was designed and produced by Tiki Tony. The canoe is brown and has a Marquesan looking tiki in the stern lashed to a stack of skulls. It was based on his painting "Death of Pierre Riviera."
