Appears to be hand made. Front reads "Mai Tai" with a Tiki. The bottom reads Kauai Surf, Kauai, Hawaii. This may be from the Kuaui Surf Hotel as i think the mug is older that it looks based on the crazing inside. This is a very cool mug that I hope to find out more information about.

This little brown mug that is wider at the base than the top appears to have been made for the Kauai Surf Hotel on Kalapaki Beach in Hawaii. The front reads "Mai Tai" next to a crude tiki.
