A KAVA BOWL IS NOT JUST A KAVA BOWL, by any other name... So Holden tells me this is a very rare Kava Bowl now known as The "Albino" Kava Bowl. Holden said he "prefers this bowl to the darker glazes" No outlines on graphics, 2004 plain font, text on bottom. This was Holden's bowl, he blew the dust off of it as it was was sitting in the T.F. warehouse. I obtained it in about 2006? This bowl at the time was probably more of a "oops" as it was quite light and different than the other earlier editions. It was produced somewhere between 2004-2006? not 2008. More of a "short run or perhaps prototypes" of what later became a l.t.d. of 50 made on purpose.

This reproduction of the original Trader Vic's Kava Bowl design is produced by Tiki Farm. The bowl has a more upright, vase-like shape, and has an intricate scene not unlike the old Trader Vic's menu artwork (men, women, palm trees, rum barrels). Marked "Tiki Farm" on bottom. This version was limited to 50 and has more muted colors.
