Moai Tangata Manu was designed by Rhys Hall aka Paipo and produced by Gecko'z South Sea Arts. The mug is a tall moai dressed as an Easter Island bird man cult memeber. The moai has no eyes, flared nostrils and has his hands resting on his belly. His Tangata Manu garb comes to a rest at a beaky point toward the end of the moai's nose. Several custom versions have been produced in a variety of glazes.

Actually the only work that I did was telling him my idea for the glazing.
Paipo and Gecko did all the real work to make this happen.
