Got it with a couple of good drinks (30 oz, yeah!). Met Ray, the owner, he sat and chatted about the new decor (Oceanic Arts) and old decor and recent history. Very nice guy. Seems I was one of the last customers to visit Sam's Seafood before they closed then later reopened as Don's (the drink menu still sports Sam's mugs which are no longer available). Evidently the smaller decor items and lights were stolen after Sam's closed but the heavier tikis, including one circa 1939 next to the fountain, were left untouched. The place is quite nice in this incarnation. Recommended!
