I recently began a ceramics course so I could make my own mugs. This is "General Ra Ra" and this is the first from the mold. I plan on doing a run of these to sell but I have a lot of glaze testing to do before I decide on the final colours. This mug has a purple interior with a green and blue wash on the outside. I have glazed a few other mugs that are going to friends and you can see them in my thread (swizzle...has started making mugs) in the Other Crafts section of Tiki Central.

This mug is shaped like a Tiki head with one arched eyebrow, a broad nose, and a goatee. This version is glazed in lime green on both the exterior and interior. However, there are also customized versions of this mug in a number of one-off colors. Version 2.0 is more deeply defined in the sculpt and is slightly smaller.
