This is a fez-wearing ape head mug based on the artwork of David C. Wong and sculpted and manufactured by Grog (Ernie Keen). This mug was designed for the Goin' Primitive Event on October 14th-16th, 2011, in Newberry Springs, CA. The standard event edition (limited to 90 regular green fez and 10 surprise package leopard spotted fez mugs) more closely resembles the colors of the original art with a bluish tinge to the ape head and a green fez. Artist proofs and custom editions of this mug vary in glaze color.
