This is a frosted hiball with a hula girl barbecuing on a small charcoal grill. "Desperate Steak Knives" is probably a play on the television series "Desperate House Wives" and the hula girl is holding both a hamburger spatula and a steak knife. This is one of several Tommy Bahama's frosted tumblers. Each has a rectangular printed scene on the front with a sort of irised airbrush effect background that starts out darker at the outer edges of the rectangle and grows lighter towards the center.
