This is a frosted hiball with a parrot on a bamboo perch holding a martini glass. "Cigarface" is a riff on the Al Pacino film, "Scarface" (1983). This is one of several Tommy Bahama's frosted tumblers. Each has a rectangular printed scene on the front with a sort of irised airbrush effect background that starts out darker at the outer edges of the rectangle and grows lighter towards the center.
