This is a loball or double rocks glass with a surfer depicted. It is part of a series of 4 glasses from the "Hawaiians and Their Sea" series put out for the McDonald's chain in Hawaii around 1980 or so. The glass is slightly smoky and the graphics are in white. Marked "L" for Libbey on bases. The set was sold boxed together and marked "Pacific Isle Packaging Inc."
