This decanter was created for the 1986 Hawaiian Open golf tournament. The event was sponsored by United Airlines. The decanter is shaped like a “Hokule'a”-- a double-hulled canoe . Each prow is carved into a Tiki. The canoe rests on a white rectangular base. The sail is made of actual tapa cloth. The decanter was for Suntory whiskey.
