This is a brown plate with a colored center whose rim shows 6 scenes of Sea World. The colored center varies (orange, green, etc...) but has the typical Treasure craft look -- multicolored 1960s era leaded glaze. The rim features Seals & Penguins, Dolphins, Pearl Diver, Aquarium, Shamu, and the Sea World emblem for California, Ohio, and Florida.
