This is 'The Tiki Bar Small Rum Barrel Mug'. Made by Garnet McCulloch at Fireworks Studio in Glasgow U.K. Used at 'The Tiki Bar and Kitsch Inn' in Glasgow. It stands 4" tall and is 3" wide. This one doesn't come with the usual 'The Tiki Bar' ceramic logo added to the front - leastwise I've seen one that does.
