This is a 'Green Shrunken Head Bottle'. Made by Garnet McCulloch at Fireworks Studio in Glasgow, U.K. it's 6" tall and 4" deep - it has a handle on the top part of the back of the skull, which can be seen in the second photo.

This is a ceramic bottle shaped like a shrunken head. It was made individually on a potter's wheel and then altered. No two are exactly alike. It also has a handle on the top part of the back of the head. Glazed green.
