Based on the description, I believe this round bowl is the Martini Glass, not the Apertif Glass. Actually, TV's 1971 Bartender's Guide refers to this as the 4.5 oz Tiki-Stem Champagne Glass.

This glass was produced by Morgantown Glass for Trader Vic's. It is one of three pieces of tiki stemware Trader Vic's used. This one is the apertif glass, with a small, angled bowl. Clear base and bowl, golden yellow translucent tiki stem.
